Our South Lake Tahoe vacation home is located in a nice quiet neighborhood in Pioneer Trail with a peek of the lake view. The spacious landscaped yard has many trees. It's quiet but you will be close to everything...golfing, biking, hiking, skiing, snow-parks, snowmobiling, tennis, parks, skate park, casinos, beaches, boating, shopping, groceries (including the awesome Lira's market!), convenient stores , churches, schools & a summer Sunday flea market.

This is the ideal property if you are looking for spacious accommodations with tasteful décor and modern amenities. Our home has four bedrooms. Upstairs in one bed room you'll find a queen bed with a walk in closet. The second upstairs bedroom features 2 sets of bunk beds (double bed on the bottom and twin bed on top, great for kids!) The 2 downstairs bedrooms open onto the back yard patio. You'll find the master bed room spacious with a king size bed.  The second bedroom has a queen sofa bed and can also be used as a game room.  Each floor has it's own very large bathroom, with soft comfy towels provided. The huge great room features an open floor plan with kitchen, dining room and living area.   The complete full service kitchen has granite counter tops and modern appliances. The dining room and living area glow from the no hassle gas fireplace. A deck off the great room offers partial lake view, hot tub (professionally cleaned and sanitized before each new guest arrives) and gas BBQ.  The deck downstairs leads to large backyard. Your new favorite vacation home a has 2-car garage, and long driveway that can fit 2 or 3 additional cars.  Heavenly Ski Resort is a short 7 minute drive away.  Sierra Ski Resort & Kirkwood are nearby as well. The Stateline Casinos are just 10 minutes away.

The kitchen is fully stocked with just about everything you'll need (Mom loves to cook for the whole family when they are in town). All blankets, linen's and towels are provided. A computer with high speed internet access is provided with links to many related local websites.

Driving to the house does not require traversing any steep hills, a major plus during icy winter conditions. During winter/ski season, if it snows, we provide daily snow removal.
