Deposit & Damages
A damage/reservation deposit of $350 is required. This must be
received within 7 days of booking the reservation. The deposit
automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon
arrival. The deposit will be returned within 14 days provided
that the following do not apply: (1) missing or damaged inventory; (2) damages requiring
repairs; (3) late checkout without authorization; (4)
absolutely no smoking. Additional charges may be incurred
for any repairs that are needed.
Payment
An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required
60 days before arrival. The advance payment will be applied
toward the rent. Payments may be made in the form of Pay Pal,
traveler's checks, bank money orders, cashier's checks or
personal checks. The balance of rent is due 14 days before your
arrival date. Lodging tax will be charged at 10% along with a
one-time cleaning fee of $180.
Occupancy
Maximum occupancy of this home is 12 people. Exceptions
may be granted at the owners discretion.
In such
cases an additional charge of $25 per person per night will be
assessed.
Age
restriction
The house
is not available to vacationing students or singles under 25
years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.
Supplies & Amenities
Paper towels, trash bags, dishwashing detergent, towels, bed
linens, bath soap, shampoo, and toilet paper are provided for the maximum
occupancy number.
Linens
One set of towels per person is provided. Each bed comes with
a clean set of sheets and pillowcases. Beach towels are not
included.
Entry
An access code to enter the house will be emailed and/or phoned
one week prior to arrival date. (No keys to hassle with!)
Check-in/Checkout Time
Check-in time is 3:00PM. Checkout time is 11:00AM. Early
arrivals and late checkout may be accommodated upon request, but
cannot be guaranteed. Upon checkout,
please ensure that all doors and windows are locked.
